Product Disclaimer:   NFADA Wholesale Distributors, Inc. sells all products “AS IS”.
Any legal consequences affiliated with the use of products purchased on the www.discountusedcarsupplies.com website are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Pricing:  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.  Any price discrepancy discovered on a customer order will always be dealt with as quickly as possible.   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Credit Card Transactions:  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

C.O.D. Transactions:  C.O.D. charges of $14.50 will be added to the standard freight charges of all C.O.D. shipments. Payment must be in the form of a company check or cashiers check. Orders exceeding $500 will require additional verification. NFADA Wholesale Distributors, Inc. reserves the right to decline C.O.D. orders.

Shipping:  We make every effort to ship orders for in stock merchandise placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, the same day.  Orders placed on weekends, or on holidays, will ship the next business day.  Our standard shipping method is UPS and/or USPS Ground.  Next Day and 2nd Day air delivery are available for an additional charge. We can not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the continental United States.

Returns and Credit:  If you would like to return something we ask that you first contact Customer Service at (800) 274-8510 for return instructions.  Unused and undamaged items can be returned within a 30 day period for a credit or exchange.  Custom imprinted products and closeout items purchased at a discounted price are excluded.  The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and must return the item to us prepaid in the original carton.

Damaged Goods:  UPS and logistics companies require that damaged packages be called to their attention at the time they are delivered and signed for by the recipient.  If you receive damaged or defective items you should retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials, including the shipping label, and contact our customer service department at (800) 274-8510.  We will file a claim with the delivery carrier and re-ship the damaged product at no charge.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Trademarks:  Certain names and logos are registered trademarks of specific companies and are used under license. Any resale, use, or other distribution of these trademarks to anyone without authorization is a trademark infringement.
